Stones are warmed up in 120 degree water tank and is helpful to increase circulation in the muscles. Helps soothe the clients into relaxation and a helpful tool for the massage therapist to use. Please note - advanced scheduling needed (no later than evening before) due to 45 min setup time
This modality doesn't mean that this is a painful massage. On the contrary, our therapists warm up the layers of muscles in order to go deeper, stay verbal with the client on how they are feeling throughout the massage and explain breathing techniques ensuring little to no pain felt during the massage.
Melts away stress and soothes muscle tension, strains, soreness, and stiffness. No water needed and Stones heat up in 8-15mins. (No real setup time needed. Great to schedule before checking in!)
This version is a relaxing massage by helping reduce depression, stress and anxiety. Main benefit to the heart, by having the massage strokes in direction towards the heart, it increases circulation.

Christina is a NY/NJ Certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who has been practicing since 2014. Hillary, a NJ LMT, has 10 years of experience and has been working with Christina for the past 4 years. Both have chosen continuing education that led them on the path of more medical courses, including the next class, Pre-natal Massage! They are a Master Class in healing through massage! Sarah is a Certified MP of NLP, Mental & Emotional Release(R) and Hypnotherapy. We believe in Self-Care and Healing Others!

Please be careful with GPS! Drive around the corner from Resturaunt 900' and turn directly into rear parking lot. There at the end of parking is French doors located next to #638. Enter into our waiting room or if door open please come on in!
What is your cancellation policy?
If a client needs to cancel an appointment, please feel free to call or text, preferably no later than the evening before the scheduled appointment. VDW Spa will understand and will reschedule the client as soon as possible.
Can I get a get a refund?
This depends on what the situation or possible issue. Please allow us to talk with the client. VDW spa will be happy to reschedule with a complementary session and/or enhancement. Thank you in advance for your understanding and looking forward to correcting any issue.
